愚(yú)人(rén)节(jié)快(kuài)乐(lè) 

愚(yú) is the short form for 愚蠢(yú)(chǔn) = stupid; 人(rén) = person; 愚人(yú)(rén) = fool; 快(kuài) = fast, quick; 乐(lè) = happy, the same as 快乐(kuài)(lè).
