Explanation:
我(wǒ)就
(jiù)是(shì),你(nǐ)是(shì)哪(nǎ)位(wèi)?
  • If someone is looking for another person and asking you where he/she is (no matter it is on the phone or in other place), by accident you are the right person, you will always answer 我(wǒ)就(jiù)是(shì). (jiù) has quite different meanings in different cases, we will learn them one by one when we meet them.
  • 位(wèi) is another Chinese Words of Measurement(ZEW in German) for person, usually we use 个(gè), but if we want to especially show our respect, we will use 位(wèi). e.g.一(yí)位(wèi)先(xiān)生(shēng),一(yí)位(wèi)老(lǎo)师(shī)
PS: this does not mean 个(gè) is not polite to the others, just because in some cases, such as the two person meet for the first time and  they are business partner or this is a very famous teacher , you want to show something special.
PPS: for 人(rén)(= person), we never use 位(wèi)
