Explanation:

1. Fan speaking.

Actually, when Chinese pick up the phone. Almost all of them will not say their name. This is the different culture. So we could say, this sentence in Chinese is not exist. If you really want to translate, then it is 我(wǒ)是(shì)+somebody.

2. Can I help you?
This sentence is the same as “May I help you?” (which we have talked about, see(2010-03-11 Room booking), usually to the customers we could say:

有(yǒu)什(shén)么(me)可(kě)以(yǐ)帮(bāng)忙(máng)的(de)吗(ma)?
you could also use the sentence in our dialog (qǐng)问(wèn) 您(nín)有(yǒu)什(shén)么(me)事 (shì)吗(ma)?
(请(qǐng) = please, 问(wèn) = ask, 您(nín) = you(with respect), 有(yǒu) = have, 什(shén)么(me) = what, 事(shì) = thing, 吗(ma) = question.)

3. I'd like to talk to Susan Wolfgang, please.
请(qǐng)Susan Wolfgang听(tīng)电(diàn)话(huà)
(听 = listen, here means answer;  电话= telephone, here means the call)
Another way to say it is : Susan Wolfgang在 (zài)吗(ma)?
Or 我(wǒ)找(zhǎo)Susan Wolfgang(我(wǒ) = I, 找(zhǎo) = look for)

4. Just a moment.
请(qǐng)稍(shāo)等(děng) (稍(shāo) = a little,等(děng)= wait)is very native Chinese, The dierect translation is 只(zhī)一(yì)会(huì)儿(er), but we never use.

(只(zhī) = only, just; 一(yì)会(huì)儿(er) = a moment)

5. I'll transfer you.
我(wǒ)给(gěi)你(nǐ)转(zhuǎn)过(guò)去(qù)
(给(gěi) = give, but here together with 你(nǐ) , it means for you. 转(zhuǎn) =transfer, 过(guò) = across or through something, like across the street we say : 过(guò)马(mǎ)路(lù);过(guò)去(qù) = go through)
