B：Hello. I'd like to speak to Mr. Wang，please？
喂(wèi)，请(qǐng)问(wèn)，王(wáng)先(xiān)(生shēng)在(zài)吗(ma)？

A：I'm sorry．Mr. Wang is out right now．
对(duì)不(bù)起(qǐ)，王(wáng)先(xiān)生(shēng)现(xiàn)在(zài)不(bú)在(zài)。

B：May I know when he'll be back？
可(kě)以(yǐ)告(gào)诉(sù)我(wǒ)他(tā)什(shén)么(me)时(shí)候(hòu)回(huí)来(lái)吗(ma)？

A：I don't know，but he will certainly be back for lunch．
我(wǒ)不(bù)知(zhī)道(dào)，不(bú)过(guò)他(tā)一(yí)定(dìng)会(huì)回(huí)来(lái)吃(chī)中(zhōng)饭(fàn)。

B：Thank you, I will call him later.
谢(xiè)谢(xiè)你(nǐ)，我(wǒ)待(dài)会(huì)打(dǎ)给(gěi)他(tā)。 

B：Ok. No problem. Bye．
好(hǎo)。没(méi)问(wèn)题(tí)，再(zài)见(jiàn)。

A：Good-bye．
再(zài)见(jiàn)。

Explanation：
1. 喂(wèi)
On the phone, instead of 你(nǐ)好(hǎo)，usually we say 喂(wèi)。Sometimes, we also say them together, like : 喂(wèi)，你(nǐ)好(hǎo)！

2. I'd like to speak to Mr．Wang，please？
The direct translation is 我(wǒ)想(xiǎng)和(hé)王(wáng)先(xiān)生(shēng)说(shuō)话(huà)。But we do not use it at all, instead we say 请(qǐng)问(wèn)，王(wáng)先(xiān)生(shēng)在(zài)吗(ma)？or 我(wǒ)找(zhǎo)王(wáng)先(xiān)生(shēng)。

(在(zài) = there, here it is actually the short form for 在(zài)那(nà)儿(er); 找(zhǎo)= look for, 先(xiān)生(shēng) = Mr.)

3. May I know **
It is always translated to 可(kě)以(yǐ)告(gào)诉(sù)我(wǒ)**吗(ma)？
（告(gào)诉(sù) = tell）

4. but he will certainly be back for lunch．
But = 但(dàn)是(shì) or 不(bú)过(guò), most of the time 但(dàn)是(shì) and 不(bú)过(guò) are the same.
certainly = 一(yí)定(dìng)

5. I will call him later.
Later = 待(dài)会(huì), 晚(wǎn)（一(yī)）点(diǎn), so here you could also say:我(wǒ)晚点(wǎndiǎn)打(dǎ)给(gěi)他(tā)。

Call = 打(dǎ)电(diàn)话(huà)，for short you could just say 打(dǎ); to call somebody we need the word 给(gěi)（the original meaning for 给(gěi) is give）, e.g. call you = 打(dǎ)给(gěi)你(nǐ)
